The very first step for BPR is to start with the full fact file of the current organisation and process. We develop a view of the current state of processes based on the operational data, using detailed process maps and analytical tools to identify major gaps.
We invest our time and thoroughly analyse the underlying gaps and cranks in the system. Our experts meet not only the upper management but also walk and talk with the lowermost level of hierarchy too, in order to better understand the problems.
