Process mapping to identify As-Is processes

The very first step for BPR is to start with the full fact file of the current organisation and process. We develop a view of the current state of processes based on the operational data, using detailed process maps and analytical tools to identify major gaps.

The newly designed process is explained and implemented at all hierarchy levels. The predefined KPIs are measured again and compared with the previous values.

Monitoring of the new process is to be done in the long-term timeframe. If the desired results are not achieved, then the necessary updations are made to the process to achieve the positive results. Once that is done, the process is standardised all throughout the organisation.
